Thank you! The first 25 copies of the edition have now been sold. The entire proceeds of these 25 sales have been donated to the Knockando Woolmill Trust, raising £4375.00 towards the restoration of mill!

Angie Lewin's latest lithograph, 'Autumn Spey' has been inspired by the landscape surrounding of Knockando Woolmill, in the Scottish Highlands. Deep in the Spey Valley, Knockando Woolmill continues an unbroken 200 year old tradition, producing woven fabric on its historic looms. This short film is a very good introduction to the Mill.

The Mill is in the final stages of raising fund for a major restoration which will restore the building ensuring that it can continue to operate for years to come. To date over £1.6 million funding (including £1.3 million from the Heritage Lottery Fund) has been secured but this is entirely dependent on the Woolmill Trust raising £200,000 by the end of 2008.

The sales of the first 25 copies of the edition (now sold) have raised £4375.00 towards the restoration of the Mill. But the if you'd still like to help secure the future of the Mill why not become a Friend of Knockando Woolmill.
